Cruise West
Since 1999, Seattle-based cruise line Cruise West has been an enthusiastic supporter of our organization. It began with an initial donation of toys from Chairman and Managing Director Dick West, and their involvement over the years has grown considerably. In January of this year, Guest Programs Manager Wendy Clark and 18 passengers from the ship came to the orphanage for a painting day. They hoped to paint the exterior of the main building. As it turned out they had plenty of time left and painted some of the stairwells and bedrooms as well. Everyone had a great time and many of the passengers commented that this should be included as part of the cruise in the future. Rotary and Lions Clubs, Club Cruceros
We have been fortunate over the years, to enjoy a warm relationship with local service clubs. They have included us in their donation drives and have often come to perform work projects here. We look forward to continued support from these hometown groups.

Local Businesses
We also rely on contributions from local and national companies such as Grupo Ruffo, Arámburo, City Club and Fundación Best. Their friendship is deeply appreciated.

Private Benefactors
Many individuals in La Paz have given both time and financial support to our children. People like Octavio Cornejo, Alvaro Franco and Franco López have truly become part of our family through their warmth and generosity.

Many Others
We could not survive at Boys and Girls Town without the unconditional love and support of the women volunteers of El Grupo de Damas, who help to raise public awareness, collect basic supplies and at times solicit donations for gifts for special occasions. They also help to give the children a sense of community and belonging.

Volunteers from the community, visitors from Canada and the US and many others make up the wonderful circle of friends that support us as we strive to raise our children to take their places as good citizens, businesspeople and parents.
